This is great cream for cracked nipples. It is more of an ointment and is nice and thick.

I am in the market for a new nipple cream, as I am expecting. I love the natural ingredients used in this nipple cream. I would feel great about using this with my little one. It has a nice smell too it and has a nice thickness to it that i expect in a nipple cream. I can't wait to be nursing my little one and stay comfortable with this cream.
